All puppies come with their first shots, have been wormed, and are cleared of any genetic health defects through parentage. Each puppy must be taken to their new owner's veterinarian within three days of transfer of ownership in order for the contract to be valid. Should there be ANY  Genetic health defect determined a refund will be given and the dog returned to the seller. This is the only time a monetary refund will be made. Should the buyer ever determine that they cannot keep the puppy, as they are buying on the intention of a forever home, the breeder has the option of rehoming the dog prior to any outside influence. These are living creatures not property and must be taken into a home on that premise. These dogs also need a purpose so if you are not Aussie familiar, become so prior to buying an adorable little puppy. 

Along with the written contract, if the litter is registered, the appropriate paperwork will also be provided, pedigree, along with references upon request. Puppies are home and family raised, not thrown into a kennel outdoors and unsocialized. They are exposed to adults, children, babies, and all types of farm animals. When old enough they are integrated within the dog pack to allow them socialization with their peers.

AGAIN I cannot stress anough if you are not Aussie familiar do your research, these are high energy dogs who need a purpose or they will find ways to get attention and expel pent up energy, as negative as it may be.
